Family trip to Panchgani

Onella Regency is a compact resort with excellent service levels. Situated in the heart of Panchgani, the location is very convenient . There are two options for stay, one is a regular hotel kind of a set up in a double storey building & the second option is the cottage set up around the pool. Though we had opted for the regular rooms, for couples & smaller families, the cottage is recommended. The food here is also something to talk about. We all thoroughly relished the dinner & breakfast. To sum it up, i would certainly recommend this resort ......
Ps - while the site says "pets not allowed" ..... A big plus for us & few brownie points to the resort for allowing our pet dog to stay with us.

Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I recently booked a room at this hotel for my upcoming trip, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After spending three days following up on my reservation, I finally received confirmation. But to my utter surprise, they canceled my booking a few days later due to "tariff changes."
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only did they waste my time, but their inability to honor a confirmed booking shows a serious lack of customer care. I strongly advise against booking here – they don’t seem to value their guests' time or plans. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

High priced hotel with zero benefits, they even charge for coffee sachets and tea. Please avoid this hotel, highly disappointed with the service and the room size. The rooms shown in picture are much smaller than they appear.Nothing is complimentary in this hotel everything is charged except for parking. Only advantage is the location.
