Neat and Clean

This hotel is placed very much inside the town and got a superb accessibility. Room size and cleanliness overall good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ample parking space though the entry is a little bit challenging with a big car. But the security staff sill guide you to manage. Breakfast is not a buffet and you should inform in advance. Overall a good hotel andi s peaceful stay. One thought as an improvement..the standard rooms are a floor below the reception and is open for anyone to walk in there. Either a separate step and blocking the common one or an additional security at the floor could give a better confidence and secured feeling. Management can think of it.

Good One

In Perinthalmanna, there are few good hotels. UC plaza is situated near Maulana hospital and very easy to find. The rooms were so neat and clean. Online booking is not appreciated. Actual rate is very low compared to online

Nice stay

Small budget hotel in a small town. Nicely managed by few staffs. Neat & Clean and homely environment. Room was specious with extra space for sofa.
However There is no restaurant but tea kettle was available.
It was a pleasant stay.
