poor experience

Dollygunj in Sri Vijaya Puram/Port Blair is honestly a very boring neighborhood with hardly anything nearby. The area mainly has a few budget hotels that seem to survive mostly through travel agents bringing group tourists. The location is quite inconvenient, and even finding an auto becomes difficult since Andaman still does not have app-based cab or bike services like Uber or Rapido.
The hotel itself was poorly maintained with badly ventilated rooms, old mattresses, and average upkeep. For every small request, we had to call at least 2–3 times before anything was attended to. We arrived a little early and were made to wait at the reception for around 25 minutes without even a fan running. What was worse, there was nobody at the front desk to attend us despite repeatedly calling out.
The breakfast and dinner menus were extremely repetitive and boring. Food quality and taste were poor despite being expensive. Also found many of the Bengali restaurant staff rude and uninterested in serving guests properly. Overall, it turned out to be a very bad choice with disappointing service, poor hospitality, and overpriced food.

Awesome service and a very sweet and cool environment ☺️ Loved it... And yes I will refer this hotel to my friends and family too... Because it was a rocking experience and we have lovely memories here...

I had a great time in this hotel, the rooms were very spacious and hygienic
They had great room service and amazing food
They had provided everything clean and the buffet was tasty too

This is a modern hotel, slightly away from Port Blair. It takes an auto about twenty to twenty five minutes to reach the Cellular Jail. The best thing about the hotel is its staff, who are friendly and helpful. Their WiFi is very slow. For that matter even on your mobile phone internet access is very slow and there hardly any 4G coverage in the island
