An amazing stay with great food
Great stay with our family in Allahabad near all the attractions and govt offices...courteous staff, polite reception and last but not least of all great food..we had all our meals in this restaurant only..deceently priced, really smiling staff, specially Sonu...rooms are a bit small but have all the amenities except fridge..we were even allowed for a late check out...will surely recomment for a wonderful stay.

Very average
We arrived late afternoon & left next day around 11 am. This hotel was just ok for one night stay. For a longer stay, I do not recommend this hotel.
The room was good, but bathrooms were too small, had old fittings & weren't well maintained. They provide free car parking, which is a great help. After arriving at the hotel, we had late lunch here, food was good but service was super slow even though we were the only guests at the time & another group had left soon after we arrived at the restaurant.
We visited the Triveni Sangam early morning followed by breakfast at a nearby restaurant, which is why I did not opt for breakfast while booking the hotel.

Very basic, Much effort needed
The location in Civil Lines is what attracted us to this property for a two-night stay. It also seemed relatively new. But it was a minor disaster. We were first given a room on the third floor. After we checked in and wanted to go out for a walk, we found that the door key (card) did not work. This could not be fixed when we came back after several hours. The Reception suggested that the door could be opened by a master key which THEY would use every time we wanted to get in! We opted for a room change to the second floor instead.
In this hotel hot water is a serious issue. Possibly they turn on a geyser for short intervals. The water has to run for more than 20 minutes before hot water appears. This we learnt the day we were checking out. In our bathroom it was impossible to switch totally from tap to hand-shower – they work simultaneously. There was a bath tub but no shower curtain or floor mat. Even though we had booked for two persons there was one towel and toiletries for one.
The breakfast is only buffet and very basic.
The bed and linen were good. The room was quiet. There was a TV but no BBC, CNN, or NDTV 24x7. The room had an electric kettle with tea, coffee, milk, and sugar -- but no spoons in both rooms. We had to ask Room Service for them but even then they were taken back when the room was cleaned.
To fully-capitalize on the excellent location, much effort and planning will be needed. Otherwise it will remain a poor value for the money charged.

Not recommended
Not worth it, very dirty rooms, bugs on the bed and floor, hair in the food and bed sheets, ac broken in more then one room, as well as bathrooms being very dirty and broken. The sheets, towels, and pillows are very very dirty. Would not recommend at all. some of the staff did help

Not worth staying. Avoid if possible
Stayed there for one night with my family. We had booked 2 rooms but the cleanliness and service was poor. When contacted the front desk about the issues in both the rooms the response was not at all supportive. They need to work on providing better services for the price they’re charging.
