Radisson stay

People at reception were very efficient in their work. Check in and check out was smooth. The rooms were good , spacious and airy. Bathroom was good and no stink smell however the bath fitting were quite difficult to handle as it was very tight. Internet was working well. Pool was good at the top with 4 ft depth...one kid's pool with 2 or 3 ft depth should have been made so kids can play. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was good.

Exceptional house keeping services

The room experience was exceptional due to the deligent and dedicated services delivered by Shagun and her team (Poonam and Prosenjit) . They went beyond the call of duty to make sure that too was clean and other requests were immediately addressed. For a person who travels for work, this hotel is recommended. The housekeeping staff certainly make the stay very comfortable and seamless.
