Pathetic hotel, not worth entering

I recently stayed at Roomquet Comfort Inn Hotel in Civil Lines, Prayagraj with my family and in laws in room 201 and 202. While the hotel's location is excellent, being situated in a posh area with popular restaurants like Pind Baluchi, Moti Mahal, and Bikanerwala nearby, my overall experience was disappointing.
The rooms are small with no good view, and the hygiene is subpar. The toilet stinks, and the linen is soiled and torn. The towels provided are dirty, and the in-house kitchen is pathetic. I experienced this firsthand when I was served tea in a broken kettle, and when I asked for three cups of tea, I received three different cup designs! This lack of professionalism was appalling.
Even the tiles in the toilet are broken posing danger to visitors, the WC makes so much noise on usage that one feels it would come out any moment
Furthermore, I found insects in my room, and mosquitoes are abundant, with no mosquito repellent provided by the hotel despite my request. Basic amenities like dental and shaving kits were also not provided, and there was no electric kettle in the room.
While the location is a plus, the hotel's poor maintenance, hygiene, and service quality are major letdowns. I would think twice before recommending this hotel to anyone.

Got Scammed by MakeMytrip and Comfort Inn hotel prayagraj

They have Scammed my money £271.00 which was promised by hotel manger Himanshu Kesarwani now not answering our calls when my both daughter's stay there we paid very high prices too and we paid while booking with MakeMytrip there was error in dates which l contacted the Hotel manager mr Himanshu Kesarwani and he said that he will look into the matter and sign up for us to be refunded our money back by MakeMytrip agents rang some many times spoken to both sides and till now we have not got our refund back so sad
People pls be careful with this 2 company there was a lady call Ritu who also promised to sort this problem out never came back .

Most uncomfortable comfort Inn

Due to maha Kumbh they hiked up the rate 6 times of normal rate, offering all the amenities, including A/c, restaurant, etc. We booked thinking that we will get all the required facilities, despite exorbitant rate. Highly disappointed to find the hotel below par. There was continuous disturbance of kids running around in corridors outside the room. On asking for explanations about their faults, instead of offering compensation, they told us to checkout at 9 pm and find another hotel . The most ridiculous thing to say. So called manager Mr. Himanshu, biggest thief I have ever seen. Tried to fool us with his sugar coated language. Please don’t ever think of staying there , that too at this price? Never!!!!

Disappointed

I chose this hotel for reviews but I was very disappointed: I asked for a non-noisy room and they give me one on the street , I enter the room there is no electricity or even hot water, scruffy internet works sometimes. Mattress too soft sinks

Someone is paying around two thousand how they can realise room without checking.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The quality of the linen was subpar, with a big stain on the pillow cover even after it was changed. Additionally, there was a blood stain on the blanket, and a bindi stuck to the mirror indicating poor cleanliness standards. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and to top it off, some of the lights were hanging out. Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were unsatisfactory.
