IDIOT RECEPTION/ FRONT OFFICE STAFF

Worst reception guys ,they doesn't have any manners to handle the guest, if want to waste the money then this hotel is the best choice, if planing to stay please stay on the road from their u will get some mobile networks also ,it is a really horrible to stay

Good property

It’s a good property rooms are maintained well but bedsheets & Towels are not clean, toilet water is also salty, management must look after that. Staff were friendly and helpful to all the customers. If the towels and bed sheets were good the property would be much.better..

Think before you decide

This place is better equipped and ok place to stay. However there are few things to note based on my experience.
1. Parking - Parking has very limited capacity and difficult to park and take out
2. Water - Salty water is in the bathroom for bathing makes you feel like you are bathing in sea water
3. Major issue on the professionalism. I have booked multiple rooms and cancelled few and used few. Bookings and Cancellations done through Agoda and payment processed through them. Even though cancellations as per free cancellation policy/window, no refund has been provided. Agoda disowns and does not own it up saying it has to be refunded by hotel. Hotel does not respond and you do not have any contact /option to hold them as you have transacted through agoda.
With this experience please think before you book this hotel as if you need to cancel, you may not get your refund. Also do not use Agoda as they do not provide any customer service if things go wrong.
4. Hotel Charges were very high as we booked on peak holiday season.

Budget Stay in the heart of city.

A decent budget hotel (~2K) in the heart of the city (promenade beach is around 1.5kms away).

We spent just a day at the hotel just to keep the luggage and explore nearby areas.
.
Rooms are pretty clean and big enough. This is a service apartment kind of set up where they provide free car park. They don't have in house kitchen although they ll get you basic stuff at minimal charges (we ordered hot cup of milk couple of times).
.
It's a decent place if you want to live nearby promenade/white town area and dont wanna spend much on accomodation.
.
Overall satisfied.
