Excellent Hospitality and Comfortable Rooms

well maintained, and the room was spotless, clean, and hygienic. The welcome drink on arrival was refreshing and energetic, which added to the pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay

Bad experience

Very bad experience, silent charge after check out, like bed sheets washing and other room cleaning charges...... And bad room service

We would like to clarify that the additional charge mentioned after checkout was not related to routine cleaning or room service. During the room inspection, our team observed that the bed linen had been damaged and required special treatment and replacement. As per hotel policy, such charges are applicable only when hotel linen or property is damaged beyond normal usage.
However, as a gesture of goodwill and courtesy, no charges were collected from you for the same.

The staff do their best for the customer. Highly recommend.

A special mention to manager Ajit Singh. I’m a cautious traveller but left my adaptor back in the room, while returning home to Madras. One phone call to Ajit was all it took. He quickly couriered the adaptor to me.
Very friendly staff to go along with the excellent service example set at the top by Ajit. Thank you.
