Value for Money hotel
This place is located in the CBD of Pune. All happening things are nearby including the market, theatre, park, bus station, railway station, etc. The place has bright rooms, very large in size, clean and well furnished, hot water, TV, breakfast, parking, supportive staff, and nice ambiance. The campus is very green with trees hovering around the campus from all directions. A nice place to stay in.

Common things which they don't have.
This hotel doesn't know how to keep different options for breakfast..all they know is to keep sweet poha and bread patice for breakfast everyday. They don't have proper charging points, no ventilation in bathroom, tv has no recharge, they don't give wifi pw and the main thing...no Gpay option for payment settlement.

Cheap but tricky
Did not prebook. Got a room after reaching. Walls of the room had the typical dampness problem of the rainy season. The washbasin had a very poor flow of water, nothing was done about it even after complaining about it.
Got late at checkout but had informed the lady at the reception earlier that I might get late. She did not object earlier but at the time of checking out said she was unable to recall any communication regarding a late check out.
So they charged me half a day's rent more(but asked me to check out 5 hours later than the normal check out time and did not give me an actual half day's stay). And to think I was at the receiving end of this brutality after depositing 7 days of rent for my 5 days of stay! Sure I got the extra deposit refunded but the rigidity shown with the overstay of less than a couple of hours(inspite of informing earlier) and that too on my 3rd visit in 6 months was ridiculous.
Summarising my 5 days' stay I would say apart from the damp wall, poor washbasin and the daylight robbery of 600 extra bucks at checkout it was still ok to stay there given the overall price of the accommodation with breakfast. But keep in mind you have to be flexible enough to adjust according to the accommodation rather it being the other way around. Alas! With Cheapness Cometh A Price.
