Excellent as always

It's always great to come back to this hotel, the food and overall amenities are amazing, even when compared to the same brand in other locations. I can't forget to highlight however that my last visit was even more special after the excellent reception, warmth and attention provided my the lounge team, in particular Vishakha, who made sure I was well treated every single night I came to work there (not only with the "normal" excellent attention, but also the personalized and crafted service fitting my dietary restrictions. The atmosphere was always on point for work during the day or decompressing at night.

Festivities in Pune

Our family recently celebrated two very special occasions—our daughter’s birthday and our wedding anniversary—and the team at JW Marriott Pune made every moment magical.
A heartfelt thank you to Mamta Joshi, who went above and beyond to create a personalized and memorable experience for us. From arranging beautiful surprises for our celebrations, to introducing us to the incredible chefs(Akshay, Sujeeth, Shreya and one more but I forgot his name) who expertly catered to our dietary requirements, every detail was thoughtfully planned(they even arranged a Jelebi live counter just for us) and our "Director of Mixology" Charu, creating stylish and evocative, transforming ingredients into experiences.
Mamta also organized private yoga sessions for our family, which became one of the highlights of our trip, and connected us with Arhan at Boutique UNO Salon, who took exceptional care of us before our festivities.
It’s rare to find hospitality that feels so genuine, personal, and effortless. We left with wonderful memories and immense gratitude for everyone who made our stay so special.
✨ Thank you, Mamta, Arhan, the culinary team, and the entire JW Marriott Pune family for making us feel so welcome(Anna, Pratiksha and not forgetting Rupesh on the 2nd floor).
