The Property is Old.
The towels and the blanket were not very clean.
I booked a single occupancy room, it was small and compact.
But given the prices, the service is value for money.

Dear Management,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding several aspects of the service standards currently being experienced at the Club.
Firstly, it is concerning that towels are not being made available to members and their guests following workouts at the gym. Given the nature of the facility and the expectations associated with a premium club environment, the absence of this basic amenity is both inconvenient and disappointing. The explanations provided by staff have unfortunately not adequately addressed members' concerns.
Additionally, I have experienced recurring service issues at the restaurant, including delays in order-taking, extended waiting times for food service, and instances where incorrect orders were delivered. Such lapses significantly impact the overall member experience.
Furthermore, during a recent visit to the bar, I witnessed two members of the bar staff engaged in a loud and visible disagreement in the presence of guests. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and inconsistent with the standards expected from a reputable hospitality establishment.
I respectfully urge the management team to review these concerns, assess staff training and service protocols, and take appropriate corrective measures to ensure that the quality of service reflects the standards that members and guests reasonably expect.
I trust that this feedback will be received constructively and that meaningful improvements will follow.

We opted for a deluxe room that was luxurious but yes pricy. The club's amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. It's located close to MG Road, making nightlife easily accessible. Rooms were clean, and service was prompt. Would visit again
