No REFUND BIG FRAUD HOTEL even though I cancelled the reservation ...

Very bad ...really very bad experience because I made reservation to this hotel for about 4 days and I haven't even checked in still there are 14 days pending for my checkin and a big emergency took place within my family that I cancelled my trip to puri....I do understand the cancellation policy very well and it's so absurd that....if you book one room you get refund and if you book 2 rooms you don't get any refund.....so this hotel clean swiped 14000/- rupees for 14 days and told me they will not be refunding not even a penny which very rude and no. Logical and emergency can happen....I understand... percentages of refund. But this hotel completely clean swiped the money...this is not at all business...it's fraud... Please if anyone read my comment ...I advise them to stay away from this hotel....this is completely absurd..I've attached their cancellation policy....in the images please take a look I think people needs to understand...initially I made reservation through gobibo...now when I called them for other aspects like how many people and so...they made me cancelled it through gobibo and the reception sent a link through the what's app and made me book it through the link....and thats how now I lost entire money by not even stepping into the hotel ....it's totally fraud ....being myself from hotel industry......I atleast give refund....this is like I have not stepped into the hotel they expect full payment and they don't give the money back even though I have requested for cancellation...and it's not even the time of ratha Yatra....such a disgrace
