Horrible Horrible Hotel
Who are these people giving this hell hole good reviews? This hotel is not worthy of being stayed in even if they offer you money and they are charging us 5 star charge for such stingy dirty smelly stinky rooms. They tell us they are giving cottage rooms but they offer some shady makeshift tent like thing on their roof with dirty walls and garbage with no ac working no intercom no ventilation and cockroaches.
Room was so bad my family refused to stay here and they still did not bother to refund the cost of the room.
If you are going by revews pls dont. check the reviews on goibibo. This place is not worth staying in even if you get a free stay. Avoid at all costs.

Balalji International Puri
We visited Puri end of January with family. We booked this hotel on base of good star ratings. On arrival at the hotel our impression of staff was very good and found them helpful and professional. After our booking we were allocated rooms which we found them as if they were not cleaned, found bed linen and quilt cover were torned. Rooms were dirty and dusty. We requested for change of room and offered on 3rd floor. Bed linen were better but the bathrooms were not cleaned and found unfinished work, leaking taps and the wall with molds. We noticed stressful staff. We were requested to give them a good rated for our stay. Dining hall was in poor shape with heavy chairs to move to take a sit near the tables. Kitchen was filthy and dirty as seen from open kitchen door. I tumbled from getting out the lift while going for breakfast. No warning sign or yellow warning masking tape of warning when getting out the lift. I had minor injury to hand and knee. I reported to the reception and showed my concerned. Toilets near the kitchen was so dirty with poor hygiene concept and would not recommend anyone to stay. Their staff ie housing keeping, Kitchen staff were not in proper uniform . I have seen customers at hotel were showing their displeasure and staying in the hotel. I would rated them 0 and consider services you get at the dharamshala would be better. Not valued for the money. I have reported our experience with their hotel.

Terrible Shape. Please avoid this TRAP.
I reserved this hotel in Feb for two days.
I had to endure a severe stomach infection, so I chose to cancel my reservation for the evening of August 23.
Even though the reservation was nonrefundable, Go-Ibibo allows customers to request a refund in the event of a medical emergency or the loss of a family member; however, the hotel's decision on the return is final.
In addition, I had proof.
I spoke with the front desk staff and the reservation crew, but neither of them was interested in hearing my worries.
They kept saying that this was a nonrefundable reservation, thus they couldn't give me a refund.
I informed them that I have a doctor's prescription and their recommendations, but they still refused to listen.
I had to go to the hotel since they weren't prepared to refund me, which prevented me from checking in on time.
My check-in time was around 7:30 PM.
Although my room was prepared, it's hard to describe how clean it was.
The bathroom was not clean at all, and the room had a scent.
The bathroom's toilet was not accessible.
We somehow changed, then we headed to the temple.
About 10:30 p.m., we returned, and as we were getting ready for bed, we noticed that the bed sheet was dirty and marked with a tea cup.
Thank goodness we had our bed sheet with us.
The blanket cover stank awfully bad.
The tata sky was not charged when I attempted to watch television
Due to the time, I decided not to call anyone.
The hotel's top room for them was that one.
Nevertheless, you are unable to alter the air conditioner' temperature.
You must turn off the air conditioning in the middle of the night if you start to feel cold.
This property was pricey, so please stay away.
Considering their quality, I won't pay more than 2,500 to 3,000 for two days.
Simply avoid the trap.
