WARNING: Extremely Poor Service & Serious Safety Risk
I am writing this review based on the experience of my customers who stayed at this hotel. Their experience was extremely bad and deeply concerning.
The food provided was not properly cooked and was of very poor quality. The rooms were dirty and not cleaned at all. The washroom condition was unacceptable — damaged areas were literally covered with paper instead of being properly fixed, which shows complete negligence by the hotel management.
The most serious and alarming issue was related to guest safety. A male person, reportedly drinking alcohol, entered the room of a single lady guest. This is a major security failure and makes this hotel completely unsafe, especially for women.
This review is a serious warning to all travelers, families, and solo female guests. Please be very careful before booking this hotel. Based on my customers’ experience, I strongly advise avoiding this property.

Fake billing, pathetic service and worst food

Fake billing, force us to pay 10% service charge without accountability. Ordered 1 Kulcha and forced me to pay for 2, even it was the problem of the waiter.rude behavior staff. Food served in broken plate namaste Tikka was burnt

Fake bill/lack of services/ rude behaviour

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the subpar service and amenities I experienced during my recent stay at your 3-star hotel. Despite paying for a room, I was shocked to find that basic amenities and services were lacking.
Room Issues:
- Inadequate supply of bathroom amenities (hand wash, dental kit, etc.)
- Insufficient toiletries
- Unpleasant odor resembling old wood
- Torn pillow cover
- Presence of cockroaches
- Dirty and rustic dining table
- Garbage accumulation in a part of the room
Food and Beverage Issues:
- Broken plate used to serve food
- Burnt chicken tikka served
- Additional salad not provided despite request
- Dispute over kulcha portion size, with the receptionist forcing me to pay for an extra portion
Billing Issues:
- Fake bill with additional 10% service charges not mentioned in the bill
- Forced payment of service charges despite not being clearly indicated
I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience and would like to highlight the following concerns:
- Lack of transparency in billing
- Rude behavior from staff
- Poor maintenance and cleanliness
- Subpar food quality

It was a pathetic and horrible experience...

It was a pathetic and horrible experience. We booked this so-called 3-star Hotel for 3-day stay with breakfast and dinner/lunch options... We paid almost 4k per day. Now coming to the experiences, rooms are shabby, damps are everywhere and the bathroom is like a 1star hotel. Service is too Bad. And last but not least the FOOD... It is horrible... 1000/- per day for dinner/lunch from MMT Package and so bad food. It is not buffet (we expected buffet as it is a 3star hotel) , all ala carte and they are forcing to take veg plates and only single plate of chicken (which is also not fresh). We are paying 4k per day for our Family and who are you to decide we will choose veg and non veg!.. there is a pool where monkeys are coming and swimming. This Hotel is running with the Banquet booking and some misguided tourist who are seeing the big pool picture on their hotel website. MMT also not allowing us to put review. attached the screenshot of our booking details for your authenticity validation as well.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE - WORST HOTEL and HORRIBLE STAFF BEHAVIOUR. . Quality of the food was sub standard and so was the behaviour of the Hotel Staff. We found in MakeMyTrip this Hotel is a 3 star hotel. But the room quality is not even of a 2 star. Rooms are shabby and damps are every where. Bathroom is below standard and dirty. Have attached the pics and also the screenshot of our booking details. Then it comes the FOOD... we have paid an extra 1K for our lunch/dinnner and expecting a buffet option as it is a so called 3 star hotel. But again surprised as they served alacarte that to asking to forcibly take veg option. Unable to cancel the booking and get refund as already checked in and paid the money. Nover come here. It is a below average hotel (1-1.5k type).
Oh another 2 points, they are more concerned about the banquet business inside the hotel ground which will surely disturb the tourists... and the pool is dirty and often monkeys are coming and swiming on the pond...
also MakeMyTrip is not allowing me to Cancel my booking and also to put review. They are fooling us with 20% discount code with 200% price hike and 20% unknown tax on the amount.. their discounted price is even higher than the hotel's website price without discount...:-)
