Good Hotel Among Average in Rewa”

Stayed there for 1 nights. It is a nice hotel newly constructed.. You can enjoy luxury with a conscience at Hotel Vishnu Vilas. Located near Sirmour Chowk, this Luxury hotel is liberally sprinkled with both business essentials and travel comforts.

Lovely hotel in Rewa

Nice hotel. Situated in the heart of the city. Easy access to most places. Safe environment. I booked the super deluxe suite because I like to live in a spacious environment. The room had a bath and shower facility. There’s a lovely hotel in the restaurant. Food is freshly prepared. Staff is cordial and always willing to help. Hotel has a hall on the fourth floor to cater for small functions. Around the hotel are many shops for easy shopping. Within walking distance are restaurants and market places. I feel a little more effort should be in maintaining the place as this is a very lovely hotel. I must admit though I really enjoyed my stay as I was willingly assisted by staff at all times

Confirmed reservation - but, they never heard of us

We had confirmed reservation. However, we were told at the front desk that they did not have our reservation and there was no available room because they had booked all rooms for a wedding. They were not at all apologetic. We immediately called Booking.com who was unable to reach them because they had switched off their phone. Booking.com sent an email to the hotel but they apparently didn't reply. Finally, I was able to contact them via phone and they said to "just cancel." We took their advice and continued directly to my home in India after an 11-hour journey. Incidentally, they also said they had no parking when we first arrived at the hotel. This was a bad experience for us and I appreciated the effort of Booking.com to try to fix the situation.

Good hotel at Center of city

I was in Rewa on 1-2 April 2017, for exam of my son, I have booked two AC rooms, rooms were good but standard room was little small and delux was spacious. Room claniness up to the mark and decorated very well. Room service is good, restaurent on ground floor serving nice veg and non veg food. Overall hotel is good. Location of the hotel is just at Sirmour Choraha, the heart of City.

Good Hotel Among Average in Rewa

Its simply a Good Hotel ,won't say Best or Very Good but its ok as per the standards of city Rewa in March 2016 & Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious ,Value for money .Staff always willing to Help to any extent . Its a budget hotel & one can stay there . Fooding is just good & quite economical . Wi-Fi is available but you have to get it right otherwise it hardly work ,Management must take care for this issue .
