Perfect experience with a perfect view

Hello everyone
We stayed at ganga view a few days ago. Firstly, the staff is really helpful. I went very late to get another blanket. I got the help. The prices are reasonable. I love the open space. And most important, the hotel is right on the ghat. Good and clean room with a good WiFi. Market is very close. I needed another blanket in the middle of the night, and I was provided. My room was clean ,and spacious.
The staff is really good.
I highly recommend this place if you come to laxman jhula,, Rishikesh, you must stay here.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The rooms were disgusting and poorly maintained. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful throughout our stay. There was frequent electricity outage, and each room had only one charging point—which didn’t work most of the time. We literally had to charge our phones at nearby restaurants.
The service was absolutely pathetic, yet the hotel insists on taking 50% payment in advance before arrival. It’s unacceptable to demand advance payment when basic amenities and hospitality are missing.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless major improvements are made.

Amazing hospitality

Nice hotel and yummy food.Located in close proximity with Phul chatting ashram.Staying here will bring you more closer to mother nature.Amazing location on the banks of River Ganga.Best part is the food and courteous staff.

Darmiyan Kandari is very good person
And polite nature.Room is very good ,neat,clean. Staff was very good ,polite and helpful in nature. Nature beauty you can see .
