スタッフも親切で家族のようにお世話してくれます。
ロケーションはGanges aarti のすぐそばでガンジス川まで30秒です。毎朝、川のそばを散歩していました。
とてもローカルなエリアで平和です。小さな商店が周りにありますのでスナックやお水が簡単に手に入ります。

Worst hotel
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. Please read before booking.
I had booked a Family Suite for 2 days and paid ₹6,200 in advance, 5 days before arrival. At the time of booking, the room shown/promised had a balcony, mountain view, spacious interiors, and proper amenities. Based on these assurances, we chose this property for a comfortable family stay.
However, when we arrived, we were given a room on the first floor named “Narmada.” The reality was completely different from what was advertised. The room was extremely small and claustrophobic, with no proper window, no glass/window view, no balcony, and absolutely no mountain view. It felt more like a tiny enclosed room than the Family Suite we had paid for.
There was also no hotel car parking, despite this being an important expectation while booking.
We immediately approached the reception and spoke to Mr. Raj, requesting a room matching the facilities that had been advertised. He spoke to Mr. Prabhakar (owner) and came back saying that the promised room was not available. We were essentially told to “adjust” with the room provided or cancel our booking and find another hotel.
The situation became worse when we asked for a cancellation and refund. They were neither willing to provide the promised room nor willing to cancel the booking and refund our money. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the matter turned into an argument, and ultimately I had to call 112 for assistance.
Despite everything, no satisfactory solution was provided. We were left with no option but to leave the hotel without staying there, along with my 6-month-old child and my 70-year-old mother-in-law, who is claustrophobic and has other comorbidities. For her, being forced to stay in such a small, windowless room was simply not acceptable.
What was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service, accountability, and willingness to resolve the situation fairly. We had paid in advance and expected exactly what was advertised, nothing more.
I strongly recommend that potential guests verify the exact room they are being given before making payment and do not rely solely on the photographs or descriptions shown during booking.
The overall experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to families, especially those travelling with children or elderly people.

Home Stay not a Hotel
Home Stay not a Hotel.
Bigger Size Neat & Clean Rooms & Bathroom with 2 Balcony. Excellent Terrace at Roof Top with Sitting arrangement having View toward Ganga Jee Ghat and Mountains. Very Good Behavior of Staff. It's Just 100 Mtr away from Ganga Jee Ghat, 500 Mtr away from Janki Jhula, 2Km away from Ram Jhula. All these are at walkable distance.
BUT ONE BIG DISAPPOINTMENT - It's not an Hotel, It's an HOME STAY in Local Colony small House of just 25 sq Mtr size with Kitchen at top floor with Local Cook who prepare Food if you order. They make each Floor a Bigger Room in one smaller Property.
No Room Service, No Lift, No TV, No Telephone. Reception also closed in Night Hours.
If you are comfortable with Home Stay without Services then Very Good Property at Premium Location but if looking for Hotel then waste of Money.

The location is good. It is close to ghat. U can do morning ganga snan at ghat and then have some food around ghar cafes at start of the day.
Old city area so u can’t expect view but roof will offer maa ganga view.

The guest house is very hard to find down a small back street. There is no view of the Ganga. Better to stay in one of the ashrams for a night. Very expensive for what you get for India.
