I have booked central park for my marriage reception on 26th Jan 2025,
Cons-
Decoration was really bad and dusty, that gave a dull look.
Welcome gate was really dull and not looking nice , all photos were wasted.
Even after repeated complaint, issue was completed ignored.
No music was available till late hours and complain
Couch was really dirty

Uncomfortable stay at the Hotel. Very bad experience
The loud music of a marriage party is going on at 1.20am & after several reminders no one is listening & it’s continuing till now.
Very very bad experience & never come again to this hotel.
Zero control of the hotel & unnecessarily harassing the guests.

Very Disappointing Stay
They do not understand the basic concepts of hospitality. Very disappointing staff,especially at the reception. Now coming to my stay, I had a train to catch after my checkout which was delayed by 6hrs. Although I requested for late checkout which they refused as per their hotel policy (not even an hour), that's still okay and i checked out and had to wait at the reception the whole day as there was nothing else to do and the city was also new for me. Even after complaining thrice, they didn't switch on the ac of the side of reception waiting area where I was sitting and every time told me its on, the last time when I lost my cool they accepted that the ac was off but still didn't do anything. I had to leave as I started feeling sick there, probably they wanted that only that I leave earlier. I cant believe this is a 4star hotel. At breakfast it took them 1/2hr for a cheese omelette and ice for juice. There could be delay for whatsoever reason, but have the decency to tell the customer that, you cant mislead every time I enquire.
In general ,room was okay & clean, although ac was put in such a way you need both fan & ac for room to cool. Food is nice, and quantity is ok for the price. Restaurant staff is courteous but succumb in rush hour.

Severe deterioration day by day.
Deteriorating day by day. This is near Rourkela station and had very good food. Now the chinese that was served was very bad. They had filled the entire restaurant with some students (20 nos.) who were drinking and using fould language which gave us a headache. They don't need hot water function in the bathroom. Naturally the water comes out hot in soaring heat.

Disappointing stay
The restaurant bills are more than what is consumed. Understand from my friends they always do that. We had to point out the mistake. Orders were taken but few items were never served as everyone was supporting the party which was in the hotel. All the guests in the restaurant that day had complained. 17Dec2023. Food is very ordinary.
Party loud music till 1230am. When requested at the front desk to lower the volume, only assurance came and nothing happened. They don’t have cut off time to stop music at the party!!
The staff ( specially) the front desk needs to be trained on hospitality. They say they will call back and inform but they never call. Very disappointing stay.
