Appreciation..

It was a great experience. The environment, atmosphere is very appealing.. All staff members are very kind and very helpfulI..I lost my wallet in the cab but especially Mr Soumya Ranjan the security person took personal care in searching the cab driver and found my wallet back.
Secondly the food department took utmost care of the baby food as I was travelling with my 8 mnth baby..Mr Mubashshir the supervisor and his team members- Mr Narayan the Chef, Vinoth ,Anonia were very caring in making arrangements and keeping in mind what is being required.
Thank you dear all for all the minute details and I really appreciate your hard work.

Amazing Stay—Highly Recommended for Families!

We had a wonderful experience at Trident Hotel, Chennai. The welcoming and service here are truly exceptional.The hotel grounds are beautiful; the garden and pool are great, and our kids enjoyed them immensely. Special thanks to the swimming pool coach Bala, he is very kids friendly and helpful and thanks to the room service team for being incredibly respectful and helpful throughout our stay—great job, Ashutosh!One small suggestion for the management: instead of only providing a complimentary beer, it would be wonderful to offer a free mocktail or non-alcoholic option as well. Since we don't drink alcohol, we weren't able to avail of that benefit. Having options for non-alcoholic beverages would make the welcome experience even better for everyone.Overall, a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!
