Worst service

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life for 2600, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, very disrespectful person who's taking booking, AC water leaking on bed, I had a disturbed sleep, we landed sleeping on the floor later, toilet doors isn't closing, the blankets Wre so dirty & torn, they don't provide a glass of water taking 2600 what kind of hotel is this, WiFi isn't working and the WiFi passed is wrong what ever they gave no patience to tell properly very bad, me & my family are highly disappointed about it.

Terribly worst room

The so called Deluxe Room with AC is the worst room which we have ever stayed. This is not meant for human staying. The room was so dirty. Horrible service staff. AC did not work whole night. The charges are very high.

not a palace...

This is not a hotel.... just a lodge..
They don’t have a front desk team,they don’t have a house keeping team ...
Good set of rooms....
Run by some random people who don’t have any basic understanding of what hospitality is..
Nearer to the bus station of Salem... will do good for an emergency stay...
But value for money...? I doubt it..
Nothin special to recommend..

Room good but worst hospitality

Behaviour of the person Rammohan at reception is awful.We stayed at another hotel in Salem the night before but never faced such behaviour. We came at 5.30pm but we had to wait for 45mins for the room to be ready. The person dint even check that we had booking in emerald ac room. He spoke very harshly to me without seeing my booking that I have to stay in standard room only. Was disappointing stay. Atleast see before u speak to Ur customers and when we entered he shooed us off saying we don't have any rooms please leave then after I showed my booking mail.He saw the diary.Then he said ok sit.And the check in time is 12.pm still when we came at 5.30 pm we had to wait.
