Owners please look into this

Being at a prime location i have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, the hotel has gone down in maintenance, shabby rooms, no proper housekeeping, cockroaches all over the lobby and in the room.
In the restaurant also the tables not cleaned and dirty, food lying on the floor and on the sofa too. i did address to the restaurant manger but still was not clean.
request the management to refurbish the rooms and run a major housekeeping change and do a pesticide treatment.

Comfortable place for business and family

Big rooms, comfortable place, Things at their places and place for keeping anything. MORE than a comfortable stay. And i should mention a sweet gesture as i have to leave early morning for my train, they gave a freshly made Sandwich for my journey… Wallet parking service need to be improved.

Perfect for family

I travelled with my parents and got a king room which was one of the spacious ones I have stayed in with cleanliness at par with all good hotels. Staff was courteous and accommodating with all the requests. Will recommend for people who are looking to visit Hyderabad
