A true home .. chef Abhishek gem of a guy

Was our home for 3 days and to tell the rooms and the facilities are excellent. The service are at the best. Needless to mention and Special thanks to Chef Abhishek who was generous to accommodate and highly recommend his professionalism. The food is wow and my family enjoyed the stay. The rooms were spacious and had been cleaned well. Would like to have this hotel as my first option if i visit Delhi again... Really thanks a lot to the entire team ..

To be extremely blunt this should not be a hotel available on hotels.com, it's dirty, the descriptions are all false and we understand from locals it's more a rent a room for an hour sort of place, we left thirty minutes after arriving and checked into an alternative clean hotel. We are still waiting for our refund as well.

Excellent Hospitality and Food

This is very good choice as a budget hotel with excellent Hospitality and tasty food. Specially recognise the response from Mr. Anis and Mr. Mohd. From front office very cooperating.
Highly recommend for family stay.

Good place with not good service

Was there for a night with friends..they had booked for 3 nites for business.. place was ok..food also ok. But service was lathetic..specially room service

Hotel stay

This hotel looks very nice from outside but it is not very good once you step inside. Of course the staff is very polite to speak but the stay is not made very comfortable by all means. There is no hot water despite what it says, the maintenance is very very poor. We consular to adjust the bathroom faucet to get some water and getting the cold water from shower was another battle. The rooms are very small and all the bedding stinks of smoke, which is very nasty for a non smoker. According to the staff they cannot stop guests from smoking in the rooms. There is something wrong with this attitude. We checked out one day early. We booked this hotel through Mskemytrip, obviously they do not spend much time checking the facts.
