Our stay was truly exceptional, and while the hotel itself was wonderful, it was the people who made the experience genuinely memorable.
The F&B team deserves special appreciation for being so attentive to every dietary requirement and ensuring that each meal was a wonderful experience. A very special thank you to Chef Vijay n Kushal, whose extraordinary food and thoughtful attention to our dietary concerns made every meal memorable.
Manoj, Surjan, Priya, and Bhanu from FnB were consistently warm, attentive, and proactive, ensuring that everything was taken care of seamlessly. Their genuine hospitality truly stood out.
A special mention for Ankush from Housekeeping, whose dedication, hard work, humility, and willingness to go the extra mile were remarkable.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the General Manager, Mr. Ramesh Thakur. His personal attention and willingness to help throughout our stay made a significant difference. He ensured that everything was handled with precision and that even the smallest details for my elderly parents were taken care of.
