Excellent stay
Great location, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, and I was very pleased with my stay. The property was clean and conveniently located close to the highway.
Mr. Mehta handled my check-in, and the experience was excellent. He explained every single detail about the property very clearly and made the entire process smooth, easy, and comfortable. Naveen also helped us with our luggage, and his warm and respectful welcome made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived.
I would also like to give a special mention to Mr. Ravinder, whom I met in the lobby. My little daughter really enjoyed with him, and he was very friendly and helpful. He explained about the local areas and recommended some of the places to visit in Shimla. His recommendations were very useful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the entire team.

I had a great experience with my family at Radisson Kufri. Marvelous location, unmatched hospitality and great services available at the property. Special mention: Front desk staff Ms. Manisha, Mr. Vijay and Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Hardik Chauhan. They made us feel like home and provide exceptional services.

The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and welcoming throughout the stay. A special mention to the Front Office team for their warm hospitality, smooth check-in and check-out, and excellent guest service thanks to vijay nikhil and front desk manager hardik jii for their hospitality. Everyone was attentive and always ready to assist with a smile.
The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall service was up to the standards expected from a Radisson property.

Great experience

THE STAY IS WORTH IT
As we are here for a family vacation and this hotel is worth it for everything the rooms are really beautiful and cozy atmosphere.
