Comfortable stay at Shirdi

I visited the place on 31st December with my family I had a comfortable stay at the hotel also the hotel is near to temple and the room Shar also clean and neat I will definitely recommend this place to everyone once visit do contact the hotel owner before booking the place you can get it in good price

Terrible staff and room

I visited with my mom to seek blessings of sai baba but this place turned of my mood and divinity of shirdi. I booked this hotel through Oyo and this time Oyo disappointed me with there ratings for the first time. The owner insulted me for paying the price quoted by Oyo and said "itane mein intanahi milega" he also charged me for water and there was no parking space at all the provided parking by the hotel was uncovered and totally unsecured. What can I say about the room there was no basic furniture in the room i have to have my food on the floor with the owner rudely advising me not to spill the food. I don't know if this people know the 'c' of customer service. I visited on the basis of ratings on Oyo and I felt miserable througout after check in. One single towel was provided for two persons the bathroom was filthy and leaked. Window opening was to another wall of washrooms. I was suffocated because the ac was turned off by the staff there was no one to help. Imagine you don't have control to the ac in your own room after you book a hotel room. Breakfast i didn't took nothing was good i really felt insulted cheated and maltreated by this Oyo property Oyo wake up and do.some improvements you guys are loosing the soul.

Best service and staff.enjoyable hotel

It was a great stay the hotel owner is also helpful person he guided us all about Shirdi and surrounding Sai Baba temple is very close to hotel. They provide free big breakfast which is very delicious.

Beautiful destination in shirdi

The owner is very kind person he arranged a cab for us to Aurangabad. The hotel was very nice and clean it was very closed to Sai Temple big rooms with great ventilation the breakfast provided was yummy.
