Best hotel for stay & for beautiful atmosphere.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful hospitality manager mr nandkishor ji and staff ever & thanks to mr suresh ji also lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a visit in the future.

Rude behavior Mr Suresh

Bad experience at Lakadatar Hotel. The reception staff, Mr. Suresh, was very rude and arrogant. He did not talk properly and was not helpful at all, which made the stay uncomfortable. I kindly request the owner to take action and remove him from the front desk. The hotel should improve staff behavior.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was quite poor, and the staff behavior was not up to the mark. In particular, one staff member named Suresh at reception was very unprofessional. His way of speaking was rude, and instead of being helpful, very rude behaviour.
I would not recommend this hotel until they improve their service and staff behavior.

Rude Behavior at Reception

I contacted hotel ove the phone today for a group booking, the staff Mr Suresh was so rude while talking. He wsd even not having basic etiquettes to deal with the customers. He should learn to respect. When I said I'll share my feedback he said he is really not bothered. I felt that the hotel does not need customers.
Please do not consider this hotel if you want to have a pleasant stay. It was so terrible experience with Mr Suresh. Imagine If receptionist is that much rude, how the other staff would treat you.
