Welcoming & best experience
It was our first time at courtyard marriot at Siliguri and the first experience was really great the staff and restaurant manager was really welcoming they made us felt comfortable with every part in our experience. Especially the MR. KASHINATH he made sure that we get the best experience there and walked us through every details of the buffet from starting till end thank you to all the staff's of courtyard ( Siliguri kitchen) for having us and giving us the best experience at your place.

Title: Marriott Siliguri — A Truly Exceptional Stay
A heartfelt thank you to the entire Marriott Siliguri team for making our stay so memorable.
I have travelled half the world and stayed at some of the finest hotels, but the level of warmth, professionalism and service extended by the entire team here was truly exceptional. What was initially planned as a one-night stay with my wife and sister turned into an extended stay simply because of the brilliant service and hospitality.
A special mention to Sailesh Ji, Operations Manager, who is extremely well-mannered, warm and professional. The way he leads and interacts with the team is truly commendable.
Thank you to Sudipto, F&B Manager; Chef Manoj, all chefs ; Shital from Front Office; and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us.
From the express check-in and interconnected rooms to every little detail throughout our stay, everything was handled beautifully.

Good service of this hotel staff
Our stay there was very special because of this waiter at the coffee house, we were having dinner at the restaurant and there is more than 6-8 staff but he is the only person come to serve us..very good service and helpful. The music at the coffee house is too loud!
