Very comfortable stay at Siliguri

The location is excellent, opposite Bus Stand, on Hill Cart Road. The room is very comfortable. Washroom is excellent. Only the lighting in the washroom is somewhat defective. It is auto lighting, i.e. when someone is nearby, the washroom light switches on. It switches off if no movement is detected. Due to this, I had to use the toilet in darkness. However, the basin light is manual, which prevented total darkness.

You want a 4 star hospitality at a budget? This is it!

The hotel is being renovated when we visited last week June 1, 2019 for a three-hour stay. My mother liked the hotel so much, while returning from our tour to Lava-Lolegaon, we stayed here again for three hours on June 05, 2019. The great: fresh and clean bed sheets, blankets and pillows (comparable with the Marriots or Hiltons or Hyatts of the world). The bathroom is sparkling clean with modern amenities - Commode and wash basin, shower and availability of hot water - and everything works! The AC is not central and an old windows AC is fitted in the room - looks broken but is completely working condition - and it does its job. So no complaint there (and remember - we got them in a middle of a major renovation!). I am sure that it will be far better after the renovation is done. My aged parents needed a very clean bed and bath to rest for a few hours here. We got precisely what we wanted. They also provide the basic toiletries - two clean and fresh towels, and a soap. The hotel also provides two pouches of nescafe, and two pouches of tea bags and a electric water heating jug. So you can get rid of your travel woes in a minute after you check in. There's a TV with remote provided - my mother used it a bit during our second visit.

Very good hotel to stay near main market siliguri.I feel better to stay in this hotel among all other hotels near this.

Someone has written that this hotel is very old model.I want to say that,Dear,You better know that old is gold,so don't think anything else and please stay here.Best hotel among all hotels near this hotel with parking facility.

Budget accomodation

Another budget hotel in the town.
We drove down to the city and stayed here because parking was available. Otherwise a budget hotel enough to spend a night only. Located right on hill cart road near the bus stand.
The staffs were bit unprofessional. Need to wait long for getting a glass or a bottle of drinking water. Needed to request for number of times and finally they turned up. Even for clearing the bill in the early morning, we need to wait for the manager to get up, dress up and come down to use the POS machine.
few good restaurants in and around the hotel is the only best part of the location.

Just about ok...

Hotel Manila in Siliguri provides u with the basic facilities that a hotel room should have...nothing great about the hotel or rooms...more for business travellers than families...the only thing good is its restaurant n the room service which is available 24×7...
