Rooms and food

The hotel us quite best with good food qualifies and staff behavior. I booked a room which was quite charming along with outlook from window osum.The food is quite better although i tasted tandoori roti and paneer chilli ,quite osum

worst service, very unprofessional persons, i organized a party but did not have any support.cake of that party was terrible, i could not even imagine such a worst cake they will provide us. customer value is zero, only money value is there.

Do Your Homework

We stayed here twice and NOT by choice. Your concerns and or Requests fall on deaf ears. Hot water is NOT readily available infact water is a huge problem. Infact any water is not available. Westeners are not made welcome. Constant dreadful electrical problems ( wiring).therefore no air con available. Staff constantly want access to your room. Management and owner all about plus plus money. There is a party hall downstairs and there is no noise restrictions or time frames for shut off so if its rest you want forget it. Just one kf the worse places i have ever stayed.
