Nice place to stay.Good reception staff, well mannered, House keeping was excellent. Rooms are good.Has got a lounge for parties, good food.

Where is the reception number mentioned in the room?

No where the reception counter number is mentioned in the room. AC not working. Fan regulator is having 2 modes, slow and fast. No hot water in the basin.

NO SECURITY. UNSAFE AS STAFF USE MASTER KEY AND ENTER

Hopeless hotel. NOT ADVISABLE. Sick staff who doesnt even know how to talk. Horrible breakfast with very very limited option its like khana hai thi khao or else u may leave. No f&b manager. If u cant the why charge for the breakfast. U could have sold only room without breakfast. Also BEAWARE THESE HOTEL STAFF BARGE IN UR ROOMS IN THE NIGHT. I WOULD HAVE LODGED A POLICE COMPLAINT AND THEN WE WOKE UP THEY APOLOGIED. WHAT IF THERE WERE ONLY GIRLS? NOT ADVISABLE AT ALL

Excellent at the price point

My wife and I stayed in Hotel Pratham, Solapur for 2 nights from 27th to 29th February 2024. Centrally located close to Saat Rasta junction, the hotel is easily reachable. The access is elegant with an expansive parking area that can accommodate 10 cars. The lobby has a nice waiting lounge. Mr. Shafi at the front office was very helpful with the checking-in process.
The room was quite spacious and the bathroom clean. The AC was super effective despite a scorching Sun outside. The well-appointed room had an office desk, a large 43" LED TV , a glass-topped coffee table, coffee-maker along with ingredients for self-serviced tea & coffee. The mini-fridge was very effective which I don't find in most of the hotels at this price-point. The king sized-bed had a cushioned bench at the foot which was very useful for keeping the luggage. Mobile charging-points on both sides of the head-board proved to be very useful. One suggestion - the wardrobe in the room had only one clothes-hanger. Better quality hangers and more in quantity may be provided in the wardrobe.
Late in the night, we called up the front office and asked for extra pillows. They were provided within 2 minutes flat. The restaurant and the Bar, I understand, run by a third-party in the basement has a good ambience. The buffet breakfast, though not exquisite, was good enough. The attached garden restaurant was cool and refreshing in the evening.
We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Pratham. I wish them all the best. Keep the service up.
