Good calm stay

I stayed at a pool and river-facing room at Stone Wood Resort. The room was spacious with a great view, and the overall ambiance of the property is calm and well-maintained. Tejasvi made all the necessary arrangements before we arrived and every process went smooth without any hassle. Our expectations were very clear with the hotel staff since Tejasvi was continuously co ordinating with me for a week and made sure my expectations were meet. During our stay too she was checking on us to make sure we are comfortable this felt personal and take care of the families.
The pool was clean, the surroundings were peaceful, and the location is convenient with beaches and markets nearby. The decoration arranged by the team was impressive, and the restaurant served good food with quick breakfast service.
I was traveling with my 1-year-old baby, and the staff was supportive—baby food was provided on request, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free.
That said, there are a couple of areas that need attention. The AC airflow was poorly distributed, cooling only the bed area while the rest of the room remained uncomfortable. Also, the pillows were below average and need replacement—something basic but important for overall comfort.
Overall, a good stay with a relaxing vibe, but certain room-level details need improvement to match expectations.

A Perfect Getaway with Warm Hospitality

Our stay at the resort was truly fantastic and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is excellent, the ambiance is relaxing and well-maintained, and the staff are exceptionally courteous and attentive.
We arrived almost five hours before the scheduled check-in time, and despite that, the receptionist made every effort to accommodate us as quickly as possible, which we really appreciated. Initially, we were given a room on the top floor, although we had requested a ground floor room. When we mentioned this, the team promptly arranged a change without any hesitation, demonstrating their commitment to guest comfort.
The food was another highlight of our stay—delicious and thoughtfully prepared. A special mention to Dominique, who was absolutely wonderful. We had a great conversation with him, and he went out of his way to take care of our small needs, making our experience even more memorable.
Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we would definitely love to come back again in the future.

Best place to stay for vacation

It's a perfect place to stay. Nice view, music in front of the hotel, tasty breakfast. Wifi is working everywhere on the territory. I feel we were like in paradise
