Muksud Ali mere

there was poo smeared all over tge walls of the bathroom,I also heard loud groaning noises from the Abondend room next and then a guy called miksud Ali mere came In and kept talking about his chubby little grandson from England,I loved it so much the stay was great,good bumming.

Good location - that’s all

Location is very good - right in the Dal lake area. Hotel is not maintained well though. The room and amenities did not appear to be regularly cleaned. Service was so-so. Since we were in for fist a night halt - we managed.
There are a number of eateries around - food is not a problem

Hotel Shah Abbas - Don't Stay here , very dirty hotel

I had been with my friends and families along with teenage kids in the third week of May 2023. This is a perfect location to get a beautiful view of Dal Lake from our room balcony. The Hotel Shah Abbas is a very dirty hotel to stay , very old hotel, no proper maintenance. No cleanliness, very rude staff and horrible kitchen.

Worst Hotel experience ever

Me and my family stayed here in for 5 days and not a day went by where we did not waste our 2hrs approx fir wifi issues or waiting for Tea.
They literally took 2hrs for sending Tea to our rooms
Very dirty rooms and bed linend.
And Worst part was, the hotel management hardly cared about the complaints. They did not even bothered to open the gates in the morning when we already informed that our checkout will be early morning.
Worst place...dont ever book this place.

Pathetic

Pathetic. Abusive behaviour of staff and management. Rivalary between brothers creating discomfort to customers. Dirty bathrooms and non functional restaurant. Each time got cold tasteless food.Simple thing like paper napkin was not available. You have to behave as per their will.
