We have a nice experience here the staff was so polite and humble the food was so tasty rooms were so clean reception staff was too helpful specially mysar urfee owais Tabassum Shakira and Umar very so polite and helpful

Great stay at Radisson Collection
Ms Kuldeep and Umar and team provided great service for our once in a lifetime experience in Srinagar. They served is great breakfast and food was very delicious. I was sick last last night and they sent dinner to our room. When we are travelling this is the blessing we are looking for

Great service
We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection. The hotel is beautiful, our room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
A special shoutout to Faisal and Khushboo at breakfast for their excellent service. The breakfast spread had a great selection of both Indian and continental dishes, and my son was especially happy with the delicious hash browns and Brie cheese!
We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.
