Nice pleasant stay with good view

Nice hotel in city centre with easy access to everything. Food menu was limited but taste wise they are good. Staff is very helpful and supportive and also in hotel cab facility is there. They planned our 2 days iternary very well with different kind of farms and tourist spot visit. View is also good from our room.

Epitome of hospitality

There is absolutely no words to describe the exemplary service rendered by Mr Sreejith and Faiz of Le Sapphire Hotel. These guys have saved us form what would have turned into a ghastly experience into one of the best. To begin with Agoda goofed up with the reservation that did not reach the hoteliers and entire Wayanad was packed on the Christmas day. These guys could have easily turned their back on me and my knackered family from the horrendous drive across the pothole ridden Nadukani mountain pass and me along with my hapless wife and kids would have been stranded out in the cold Wayanad night. Seeing the absolute horror in our face these guys stepped up and started checking out across hotels for a room for us for the next 10-15 minutes all the while dealing with the guests and other room seekers and got us a room in Wilton for the night. I cannot thank these guys enough for teaching me a lesson in hospitality that is the most important quality one should have while working in this industry and I am sure these lads will be the crown jewels in any organization they work.
As to the rooms they were super spacious with 2 large beds and a big bathroom, clean premises and a nice restaurant with delicious food. I highly doubt if I can get a better room for the rate they charge. It is right on the road to Muthanga, close to the town but away from all the buzz of the town. I will definitely comeback to this place on my next visit to Wayanad.

Lot of improvement required

We stayed there on DEC21, but first will highlight the positive points- food was tasty,service not of all person but only of room boy MR.ABDUL SHUKKOR was good
Now negative points- we took CP plan with breakfast,but it was a disaster(appam with chutney and sambar and Baji a real mismatch), we took separate breakfast from the hotel and we told them we will pay for it, but they adjusted it with our CP Plan
We came there with lot of expectations,but was sorry it was not upto mark in terms of service,but again saying the the main highlight …the food is tasty

They took half an hour to take an order for luch, it was a Christmas day, bad experience from their restaurant service. my Xmas Eve jus ruined. After taking order also another half an hour wait. It was so annoying experience. It could have been better , hotel management please consider it.

Good stay

We stayed for a single day and the room allotted to us was value for money and had good ventilation.
We would definitely stay next time here as it's in the city and hotels are close by and even the staff cater to your needs.
Check in was smooth and hot water was available round the clock. They have there own restaurant however we being pure vegetarians opted for kalpaka .
