Centrally located, good place for a brief stay.
Good breakfast spread though some tea bags could have been made available for those who prefer black tea.
No option for a late checkout beyond 1 pm unless tariff for the entire day is paid.

However, the beef ordered was spoiled. The room rate is also very high compared with other Three and Five star hotels. The Front Office Manager said that the room rate is high because the hotel offered top-quality matresses in its rooms.

Attitude and execution than isolated oversight

I would like to begin by acknowledging that my overall web experience—from booking the room to making requests and receiving responses—was smooth and satisfactory.
However, a serious concern arose regarding the coordination between the front office and the security team. Prior to my arrival, I had specifically requested an arrangement for my driver and clearly communicated my willingness to bear any associated expenses. I also received a confirmation for this request, which I appreciated.
Upon arrival, even before check-in, I reminded the front desk about the driver arrangement. The team assured me that the security staff would inform my driver and escort him to the designated dormitory. Trusting this, I proceeded to settle into my room with my family.
Unfortunately, the next morning I discovered that no such arrangement had been made. My driver, after waiting for a considerable amount of time without any guidance, had to arrange accommodation on his own and returned the following morning. What is more concerning is that neither the hotel staff nor the security team informed me about this lapse.
This situation could have led to serious consequences. In case of any emergency during the night, we would have had no way to reach the driver. Similarly, if the driver had faced any difficulty, there was no communication or support system in place.
While I was informed that the property maintains a strong security presence, my experience suggests that the team lacks adequate training and accountability beyond basic tasks like parking management. There appears to be a significant gap in executing critical instructions from the front desk.
I must admit that I concluded my stay with deep disappointment. Given the reputation of your establishment and the positive reviews I had considered before booking, this experience was unexpected. While I understand that feedback—positive or negative—offers opportunities for improvement, the issue here seems to stem more from attitude and execution than isolated oversight.
I was offered reimbursement for my driver’s accommodation, which I declined, as I do not believe such gestures address the underlying concern.
I sincerely hope that future guests do not encounter similar issues and that necessary improvements are made in coordination and accountability across teams.

Too Good ....
Location is excellent, heart of the city, everything is just walkable.
Rooms are very modern, clean & specious.
Breakfast spread was limited but very good & tasty.
Overall service, hospitality is good, all staff is very polite with smiling faces.
Love to stay again ....
