Good Food , Good Hotel

Rooms are large and good furnish but Cleanliness are not there. Room service staff are not trained well. We have to remind to do their job. Building is very old and Entrance would be very old but once you enter hotel premises than it would be good. Railway station and bus station is in walking distance.

Shocked

The front officer was rude. We were coldly welcomed. But the lift man was so nice and helpful. Pathetic entrance. Dirty n dust everywhere. They didn't had a knife tor us to cut a goyava. But it is nicely situated. U should work hard on ur presentation n food.

Good Hotel to stay Near Railway Station.

Location,Room size & ambiance ,Service by staff Good. Clean but not v good.Linen was may be clean but not crisp.Bathroom too dark though rest of room lighting is bright.Reception staff too gruffy for no reason& area shabby ,rest of staff attitude,service good.Compared to standard found it overpriced.Building entrance is too dusty to perpetual repair or construction & scary but hotel rooms are good.Complimentary food is just Ok,but overall safe and comfortable stay.

Impolite staff at desk

The person at the front desk at night was extremely rude. I was travelling with my mother and we reached at 2:30am. The person was watching videos on YouTube on full volume and did not even acknowledge our presence. He seemed totally disinterested. I kept on asking him to check us in but he was busy ignoring us. He was impolite. I asked him for a little delayed check-out as my train was late. He said that i had to leave the hotel by 11:30am. Rooms were nice and clean. Choice of breakfast was very limited. We were given only Poha, toast and dhokla every day. The building was dirty and spooky. No cab driver was able to locate the Hotel.

Unclean & Pathetic

Its a budget hotel.
Hotel entrance is like filth , Dogs cement bags and what not. The building looks to fall down any minute.
I had to change the room twice in order to get the room cleaned.
Finally decided to get it cleaned than changed .
Breakfast you have only one option every day i.e. Poha.
