Helpful staff: there staffs was truly attentive and friendly nature. They give comforting environment for relaxed minds.

I have an exceptional stay at park infinity hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incrediblely welcoming and attentive. The room was pristine and every detail was well thought out. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

We had booked this hotel for a business trip and the photos of the property are very old and dont show the actual condition of the rooms. The rooms are very worn out and the hotel is majorly used by local couples for hourly stays. The manager and reception staff were very rude when we pointed out the problems in the room. We left the hotel in an hour of checking in and stayed at a different hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worst hotel and inhuman behavior , sangeet should be fired immediately

Worst experience and sangeet should be sacked immediately since he don’t know how to handle customers , the hotel is not cooperative and is the worst hotel in Surat. Please avoid this place for your stay as they will let u suffer for anything and ask money all the time , I had the worst experience ever , they are inhuman purple ! DONT EVER COME HERE

Catering Team very Arrogant and Poor Quality Food

If you complain about food quality or the layout of breakfast, chef comes to fight with you, he forces you to eat what he has prepared. Or his face says get lost from here.
The Hotel Room is very good, Reception and House Keeping Staff very Good .
