Overall it was good.

Rooms were quite OK value for money. Rooms were clean and tidy. But the food in the restaurant was not quite good. The breakfast was very poor. The main course had only two items (Idli and Appam with egg curry, chuttney and Sambar), no other choice.

good food , good rooms

very good hotel with good food , little away from city , but uber service is excellent and only opt for uber and not local transport , since uber is cheaper as well .
rooms on second floor is good , third floor is horrible , breakfast spread is decent ,and they make some good north indian food also , local kerala food is superb , must try is their biryani ,
there is one major issue the offical breakfast time is 7:30 am to 10:30 am , but the hotel only serves post 8 am , this is surely not happening , the people who take orders in restaurant and manage the place are spoiling the experience completely and owners are not bothered . and rooms have very heavy smoking smells , so request for a room which is clean .

I SELECT THIS HOTEL ABOUT IT IS GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME GOOD COMMUNICATION ESPECIALY FRONT OFFICE STAFF ,SO GRATEFUL THANK U VERY MUCH ,VERBALY COMMUNICATION ABUT FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT THEY WERE EXPLAINED VERY WELL KEEP IT UP ,FOOD ALSO GOOD BEHAVING OF STAFFS ARE VERY POLITE AND QUITE I RECOMMENDED TO MY FREINDS ALSO CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

Service timings need improvement!

Had lunch at the restaurant at the lobby level. It was 230 pm and hence we were hungry. Unfortunately the food,after a wait of 25 minutes,- came cold. Had to get it reheated, which took another 15 minutes. While the food quality and taste were above average(not WOW)- the service time was too long!. If you have ample time allocated for a meal- you may check the restaurant out.
