Great service by Saurav

Saurav was excellent, he made sure our meals arrived exactly how we requested. We had a special request and Saurav brought the chef to us, so we can describe our dietary requirements. Thank you Saurav!

Exceptional service from Mr Karthik FOM

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Karthik, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding assistance during my recent dining visit. I experienced an issue with my World of Hyatt points not registering. Giving 4 star just because I have to manually monitor and remind the restaurant team to credit the points during my every single visits, but Karthik stepped in and resolved it immediately. He was incredibly prompt and manually ensured the points were credited to my account without any hassle.His approach was the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness, making me feel valued as a guest. Remarkably, this is the second time Karthik has personally gone above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. His consistent excellence and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. Thank you, Karthik, for another fantastic experience!

Hyatt dinner..

Had a wonderful meal at Hyatt today! The Hainanese Chicken Rice was definitely good and thanks to Mr Prince, the manager, I got to enjoy it the way it was meant to be eaten. Hshowed me hows its to be enjoyed with all the sauces and dips.We also tried the Keema Pav, spike Chicken Chicken Escalope, and Chicken Biryani, and every dish was absolutely satisfying and the portion size was good too
A special shout-out to Mr Manish for the lovely service. He was friendly, attentive, quick to help, and always had a warm smile, making us feel genuinely welcome. It's always the people who make a good meal into a great experience
