Good

Stayed in this property on 3-4 of August. Located on the main road, close to city centre. Room is comfortable for 2 adults & 1 kid. Staff are friendly and courteous. Sangeeta restaurant side by and Thalapakatti on opposite side. Ample car parking.

Worst customer service experience , rogue staff

Dated 7 March 2026. I had booked two rooms at this hotel. After a six-hour journey, my family had just checked in and was settling into the room when a reception staff member came knocking on the door demanding that the balance payment be settled before 4:30 PM.
This was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Instead of giving guests basic courtesy and time to settle after a long journey, the staff chose to disturb us in the room for payment.
What made the situation worse was that the so-called owner/GM was present and listening to the conversation but chose not to intervene. When I directly questioned him about this behavior, he casually responded that he would “talk to the staff,” which clearly showed a lack of accountability and leadership.
This kind of rude and disrespectful conduct from both the staff and management reflects extremely poor service standards.
If you expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect as a guest, think twice before choosing this hotel.

don't go near!

Bad attitude, no lobby, no dining room. No matter what room you book and how much you pay, you will get a small room. The reviews and pictures really distort reality. In short - don't go near!

My stay at Maya Residency

I chose to stay here due to a Marraige function nearby.
The Good:
Staff, restaurant attached
Improvements needed in:
Room Maintenance
Reception Communication
Basement parking
Cant access the property easily due to vehicle parked in front and high traffic area.
