We booked through ibibo. Got some discount also.
I wouldn't say this is best in its price to value ratio.. it would have been more good if they could maintain the toilets well.

Holy trip to the holy town !
On a review of reasonably cheaper hotels at Tirupathi browsing through Trip Advisor, I could narrow down to Sandeep Residency which had some good rating and booked through MakeMyTrip.com.
The hotel room(non AC) in their AC Deluxe premises was small but compact with clean small size double bed with (geyser)hot water on demand facility. The wash basin sunk fixed in the room outside the bathroom was not appearing so clean though the compact room was clean. I checked in at about 6am and checked out by 10/30am. The rooms facing the maun road can be opted.
Sandeep Residency can be opted just for a day or an overnight stay if one goes singly and not to be suggested for families. No restaurants are available almost in that entire lane almost and we have to come to the main road for food or tiffin.
