One of my best discussions i have made while picking a hotel

We recently had a really wonderful and surprisingly good experience. At first i wasnt sure about the hotel but they really proved me wrong with clean rooms , fast services and also clean pools which was a really calm activity...i would highly recommend this hotel !!!

Don't ever think of coming this hotel. It was horrible experience bedsheets were dirty as hell red stains were there, it was smelly, there was no water in the basin, tv we're not working, they didn't even have me the WiFi password I thought it would be a great stay as it was near airport but horrible I don't want any others would suffer this. I ordered food and they brought after more than hours and jeera was totally floating on the oil and the lady in the reception was way too rude! And the container of the salt it was totally filled with rust!

Amazing

One of the best place to visit. It provides its best services from our end. One of the best location to have a pleasure time with friends and family. Loved the ambiance. Would definately recommend to others to visit here.

Family Vacation Spoilt!!! Don’t trust fake reviews!!

This is definitely a miss for you!! Don’t even think of booking!! Unless u r a couple or Guys gang who just want cheap hotels, this should be strictly avoided... our family new year trip was completely ruined thanks to this hotel!!
First is it’s location:
21kms from Udaipur city. For people who think this is not that Far, you r wrong.. Udaipur is a small city and the landscape completely changes in 21 kms!! Plus this is in middle of no where !!!
Second is the hotel condition:
Bathrooms are beyond imagination yucky !!! M not sure when were these pictures taken but must be ages ago!! Everything is rusty in the bathroom... you won’t even feel like holding the spray gun with that much rust... plus the stink through their central duct is across rooms and all they try to do is spray few freshness to show some action!! Trust me this is not an over statement!!!
The swimming pool:
The pictures were amazing... and that is why I booked this... but man were we surprised when we got there... yes it was during the cold season but that doesn’t mean the staff should not clean the pool so that no can go in.. it looked like an animal has urinated in that for many weeks now!! Though I expected hotels to have hot water during winters in their swiming pool but man was my expectations lowered during this stay!!
Geysers:
Water geysers are of the old generation style which hardly work... u wait 10mins for little water and I guess they expect us to wait another 10mins for the next batch of hot water.. a bit of central heating would have been appreciated ...
Day off:
God forbid u decide to or have to take a day off from your sight seeing in the hotel, u will realise that the electricity goes on and off with little that the staff can do... the water motor pump stops working... and yea did I tell u.... the tvs don’t work even after telling the staff .. staff finally said yes sir it’s fixed after 4 days and on my checkout day when I tried... the remote dint have batteries... so basically I had no more patience to call them further on my family vacation
M really not sure what kind of people have put these positive reviews here but I have learnt my lesson... never compromise on price or “deals” on unknown B grade hotels!!
And yea I almost forgot... the cupboard door just fell off one day ( pic attached of the fixture) !!!

Good for family stay

Hotel near to the airport. Far from main city of udaipur. Room was very neat and clean. All staffs are very good. Food was good. Dining room was neat and clean. Good for family stay. Room service was good. Wifi was not working. No good shopping place nearby.
