Historic building to preserve

Historic building, a 300-year-old Haveli, renovated and maintained in excellent condition while preserving its characteristics. 95% of profits are devoted to protecting the precious historic site and this great country. Its location is excellent. In the heart of the old town but slightly out of the daily hustle and bustle. Very quiet and safe. We spent two nights, those riding the Holi Festival, wonderful experience. The reception alternates between wonderful, respectful, kind and truly professional guys. One of them gave us sachets of color to immerse us in the festive atmosphere outside. The very nice room, with stone structure, renovated maintaining the references of the period. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Very large and comfortable bathroom. Large shower cubicle and excellent water pressure. Disposable slippers, safe, water and coffee/tea with kettle in the room. There is also the refrigerator. It has a swimming pool, a restaurant on the terrace of the adjacent building, from which you can see a beautiful sunset. All rooms very clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent and more than enough, available both indi and continental. Special mention to all. Excellent staff. From receptionists to the kitchen, from cleaners to porters. So much Kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. Leaving I was honored with two beautiful bracelets typical Indian wonderful, which I will keep with great care and affection. Thank you.

Best place to stay and dine in Udaipur

We stayed 3 nights in this beautifully restored old city mansion/palace style hotel in the suite. The suite is stunning with the beautiful coloured windows enlightening the spacious lounge of the suite. The cosy bedroom is in a separate room as well as the spacious bathroom and everwhere you feel the great historic atmosphere of this building. Every evening we enjoyed the bar and the lounge seating on the rooftop terrace overlooking the White City the lake and the amazing sunset followed by a delicious local Indian dinner. The staff was always attentive and very helpful. The laundry service quick and professional. Full 5 stars for this amazing hotel that we will always remember.

Very nice Haveli in the middle of the old town with views of all of Udaipur.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. Very lovingly decorated and a beautiful roof terrace. The restaurant up here was excellent and the view was stunning.. all the sights were within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were spotless. Staff was courteous. Amenities were as excellent. Owner (Caesar) met us and inquired about our travel. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Udaipur.
