Nice hotel, value for money still ok

Great location yet very quiet, this beautiful hotel is within walking distance of Old Town and Palace. Beautiful rooftop pool, but not covered by the largely friendly, but significantly improveable service.

A lovely hotel but be aware of issues if you have have any mobility concerns

We received a warm welcome from reception and all of the staff here were great particularly the restaurant waiters on the roof top restaurant.
The room was very good and spotless clean as was the en suite which had everything you could need provided. The food was excellent and the views from the roof top restaurant were amazing. The location was right in the city and everything was within walking distance.
However this hotel is not suitable for those with difficulty climbing steps as although there is a lift from reception there are a large number of stone steps to get to reception which we had not been warned about.

Udaipur ❤️

The hotel was very lovely. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a wonderful calm feel about it and we thoroughly enjoyed the live flute music in the morning.

An enjoyable stay

Good hotel in a great location. Our room could have benefited from more lighting, the bedroom was really quite dark. Yomesh the head waiter was excellent, very efficient and friendly and is a credit to the hotel.

A lovely hotel with room to improve the finishing touches & arrival experience.

- Slightly inconvenient location to reach by car, with lots of entrance steps (more difficult for people with mobility challenges).
- We received minimal welcome or information on arrival.
- Room toiletries were not full or replenished.
- Nice room decor, but slightly grotty looking shower cubicle.
