Ajay hotel walking distance from Ujjain railway station
Things were not as expected in the hotel. Rooms were not clean, bed sheet was not clean. However the hotel staff was quite cooperative and quickly changed the bed sheet and cleaned the room as required. Service also took time - especially getting hot water buckets since there are frequent power cuts in the city therefore geysers don't work and hot water is arranged separately by staff.
Overall one needs to clearly tell the staff and get things done as desired.
