Worth an experience
This hotel is value for money. Good location too. We had booked banquets and rooms for an event. The rooms were good and most importantly clean. The staff was very cooperative. Special thanks to Shweta Trivedi who helped us in the bookings and organisation of the event. Saurabh Sharma and his team for timely coordination in the Banquet hall management. Overall, everyone was happy. Guests with our hospitality and we for selecting the right hotel for the event.

Flawless Event Hosting and Exceptional Honesty
We recently hosted a Simanth function at this hotel, and the entire experience was truly delightful. The staff were supportive and attentive throughout, and proactively asked for feedback during the event so they could address anything in real time.
The food, hall arrangement, parking, and overall service were excellent — every detail was well thought out.
Special thanks to Parth and Shweta, who coordinated the hall booking, event planning, and lunch menu with us. They were cooperative and helpful at every step of the planning process.
Amar was wonderful during the event itself — attentive and supportive with every requirement while serving.
The moment that truly stood out, though, was an incident involving Saurav. I lost my gold chain on the staircase while entering the hall, and only realized it about two hours after the function ended. After searching everywhere else without luck, I reached out to Saurav and described the chain. He immediately checked with the extended staff and the hotel's lost-and-found, and discovered that a cleaning staff member had found something on the staircase around 10:30 am — right around the time I had entered. After I provided proof of ownership, the chain was returned to me without any hesitation or expectation of a reward.
This level of honesty and integrity from the entire team is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning an event — both for their excellent service and their trustworthy staff.
