Balaji palace is a good place to stay in Kashi rooms are good and quite spacious staff is kind but one night we called the reception and asked for a extra bed they said that it will place in your room after half-hour the bed was still not there so my uncle went to the reception and said where is the bed it has been half-hour since I said then said that I will complaint and the receptionist said complain with full name nothing will happen one issue and another is the that food service is slow but

We highly recommend staying at Balaji Palace Kashi

We had wonderful 4 nights stay. The staff went out of their ways to help and make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast and food at restaurants was excellent with very attentive staff. We felt looked after and the cow sanctuary attached to the hotel is worth a visit.

It was comfortable.

The stay was comfortable. The service was on point. Most importantly the food was great and felt like homely meal. We arrived late at night but the hospitality was on point.
