Thanks for the best service received from Mantosh prasad

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days, and my overall experience was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a pleasant stay. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mantosh (Executive) for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent support throughout my stay. He made sure everything was perfect.
I would also like to appreciate the housekeeping staff for their hard work and attention to detail. They kept the rooms spotless and always greeted guests with a smile. thanks for mantosh gupta very good behavior

Chaos and Disorganization

Unnecessarily placed away from the center but always in the middle of urban chaos with sounds and noises as a result, but already enough in the suburbs to be able to go out and find, I don't know, a restaurant, a bar / pub or something. If you consider that the hotel overlooks three sides on streets where a lot of traffic passes (and here they all play so much by default), you can imagine the night concert that can accompany you into the night. For info the fourth side overlooks a wall but is the quietest. But all this is useless because on two days we had 3 parties (birthdays and wedding vows) held on the first floor but annoying for any room... and before midnight it is difficult to hope to sleep because the whole is not soundproofed at all.
The breakfast is decent, the restaurant as well, too bad there are few staff and what little works badly and in trouble. When there is no cutlery, when they bring you water or beer and you have already finished dinner, etc.etc.
In some rooms the shower did not flush, in others there was little cleaning, and at the desktop when you told them things they pretended not to understand or told you that there was no place on the upper floors while if you got angry magically appeared.
I put a star because the system does not accept zero or negative numbers.
To avoid, listen to me.
