Ideal stay

As soon as we arrived in Varanasi, we had a hard time finding an accommodation that accommodated international guests, until we arrived at this guest house. During our stay we could not have asked for better! The location is really strategic: it is located in a quiet area but close to everything you need, with the possibility to leave your luggage before departure. In the surrounding streets you will find great chai, food and even a supermarket, perfect for every need.
A great strength is the owner, an incredible person. We had several conversations with him, as he speaks fluent English, and he also involved us in a fun activity: playing with kites, a tradition that can be experienced along the ghats. Every day he was available to give us advice, help us with any inquiries and if necessary arrange excursions for us. For example, he proposed a visit to the falls

One gesture that particularly struck us was when, on our departure, he provided us with a blanket for the train and bottles of water. A true demonstration of kindness and attention.
We highly recommend this guest house: it is a cozy place, well located and with a really special owner!

Highly recommended Goldy guest house

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Varanasi Cannot Railway Station. Pleasant old style rooms, clean and cosy but the best thing that impressed us mostly was the stuff. Abhi, the owner of the place is very kind, open hearted and full of desire to help. I would highly recommend this place to all the travelers.

Friendly staff, comfortable budget rooms, convenient location for Varanasi Junction ("Cantt") Railway and Bus Stations.

Friendly, welcoming staff who let us check-in late because we were delayed on the road. Good location, close to the Junction Railway Station. Rooms are comfortable and at a reasonable price. Plenty of local places to get food. Thank you!

Nice staff and the owner

Room was simple as on a photo. Staff was really helpfull, kind and professional. The owner is really nice, he helped us a lot, he was serving local homemade food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which was amazing.
