Excellent hospitality

An excellent hospitality provided by the hotel staff, service was very good. Great help provided by all the staff members especially Jagdish Roopchandani Sir.

Rude Reception Staff

Reception Staff very rude at check out time he stop us and verify to other staff that we stole something or damage the room this make us very shock that even in big hotels they don't do this to client inspite of we have book 6 rooms and paid 60k plus amount and this is our 4th time in this hotel still they behave very unprofessional with us make ourselves angry

Hotels working hard for guests

It is located in a narrow alleyway and is not directly accessible by car, but is convenient for sightseeing.
You can't see out the window, but it's clean and the staff are doing everything they can.
The water in the shower was enough. Four bottles of water for two people.
In the center of the city (around Nandi Chowk), taxis and other four-wheelers are banned depending on the time of day, and all vehicles with engines are banned, so be careful when calling Uber etc.
We tried to use Uber before 9am, but the car couldn't get near the hotel, so we finally got in the car away from home with the help of hotel staff. If you're heading to the airport or something, you might want to ask for a taxi at the hotel

If you’re planning on staying close to Kashi Vishwanath Temple, this is a great location.
Everything is within walking distance from here.
Towels were not quite up to our standards .

Safe and trust worthy for solo travelers

The experience was nothing short of amazing. This guy - Shubham, who sits at the front desk helped me at 5 in the morning to get to the railway station. Kudos to you man!
